Equipment Required
|
For most events this standard equipment is required:
-airsoft goggles or mask ANSI 87.1.2003 rated
Note: Wire-mesh goggles are NOT ANSI-rated
-barrel plug or cover, to cover rifle barrel when off the field or between gameplay
-BDU (Battle Dress Uniform) to coincide with the squad or platoon you registered for the event. Rules are are often very strict about this.

Equipment Recommended
|
Equipment recommended includes required gear plus:
-Reliable airsoft rifle that meets rule requirements
-Plenty of spare magazines and tactical gear to carry them
-Boots
-Two-way Radio

|
W.E.S.T. recommends the required equipment plus:
-good brand airsoft rifle with 350+fps
-3+ Midcap magazines
-Tactical chest rig, vest, and/or drop-leg for carrying magazines
-Waterproof/resistant boots
-good gas blowback pistol with 1 - 2 additional magazines
-pistol holster
-Two-way radio with earpiece
-canteen or camel-bak hydration system
